![]() Potash One Inc. is an agriculture focused resource development company well positioned to benefit from the growing global demand for food, feed and biofuels -- a fundamental trend reinforced by the increasing global population. The Legacy Potash Project positions Potash One as one of the very few public companies with current Potash permits, 43-101 compliant resources and active work programs in the Saskatchewan Potash Basin. The latest technical report has estimated the following Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource for the 97,400 Acre Legacy Project:
In 2008 Potash One acquired three additional potash exploration permits contiguous to its Legacy Project. Potash One now controls 4 permits covering over 336,000 acres. The early entry into the potash industry in 2005 has given Potash One a strategic advantage over its competitors. In addition, management believes that solution mining methodology may potentially offer an edge with lower projected Capex costs. Potash One has a solid balance sheet and experienced technical and corporate management team to advance the Legacy Potash Project. The Management team's most recent success was the establishment and growth of a strong uranium company in the last three years before merging it with a major uranium producer in a deal valued at over $1.8B in 2007. The uranium company was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and was one of the only two uranium companies to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The Management is now solely focused on developing its Legacy Potash Project. |
